(I am posting some slides early for students who told me ahead of time about upcoming absences. If you are looking for today's slides, please scroll down in the page to today's date. Thank you!) Over these 2 days, you are going to gain familiarity with the style of prompts you will see in AP English Language. Since this is a pre-AP class, a lot of you are taking AP Lang next year, or at least the year after. You will practice reading and annotating, then discussing, then outlining an essay for, an argument prompt and a rhetorical analysis prompt. If you were absent one day, make sure to get a copy of the previous day's prompt from the red absent bin. The instructions for each day are attached here; make sure to read the ELA 9 slides :) If you have other questions, check here.
